Company produces paper labels for consumer products and over wrap cigarette packaging. Edge trim is picked up pneumatically at the processing machines and along with miscellaneous scrap brought through a floor shredder, is directed into a cyclone separator located over a fully automatic baler. Fine paper dust from the cyclone exhaust is fully collected by a scientific Dust Collector into a 55 gallon drum. Cleaned air from the SPJ collector is discharged directly into the plant which is fully air conditioned. Explosion vents ducted through the outside wall protect the indoor operation.
