A chemical plant in Canada uses a forestry byproduct called lignin in over forty different products. Some of those producst include dispersants, emulsion stabilizers, concrete admixtures and as a pelleting aid in animal feed. With the addition of a Scientific Dust Collector to their dryer system, they were able to reduce their stack emissions to undetected levels. The collected particulate is then returned to the process, there by increasing product output.
