Kent Intermediate School in Grand Rapids, MI needed a collector that would provide excellent dust collection efficiency but would fit the low profile of their building and blend in nicely with the surrounding residential environment.

A horizontal style baghouse was used by Air Quality Specialists for this heavy load wood shop application. The air is successfully returned back into the building where students can work in a healthy environment. The system continues to maintain a low pressure drop and long filter life is assured. After several years of operation, a tested efficiency level of 99.99+% was verified.
