"GLD" Series


ULVAC KIKO'S GLD Series are superior-type pumps featuring high performance, low vibration, low noise, and many excellent functions. Gas-ballasting to prevent vapor (i.e. water) from condensing in the pump oil. A forced oil supply mechanism which helps maintain oil from atmosphere to high vacuum. An anti-suckback device which protects the vacuum chamber in the event of power failure. The low temperature enables the pump to produce improved levels of vacuum. A forced oil filter can be easily connected to filtering contaminates from the oil and the oil condition can be checked using a large, easy-to-read level gauge.
